2. What you buy

• Package subscription (Basic or Pro): a digital service that renews automatically every month or year. The features of each package are on the Packages page.
• Physical NFC card: a black business card printed for you. It opens your Minodo profile when tapped on a phone.

3. Price and payment

• The total, VAT and shipping included, is on the order summary before you pay.
• Payment is by credit or debit card through iyzico.
• The first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Then your card is charged at the start of every period until you cancel.

4. Delivery

• The package opens right away.
• Cards are shipped within 10 business days, free of charge, to an address in Turkey (Delivery).

5. Right of withdrawal

• The package starts right away with your approval, so there is no right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, article 15). Cancel within the 7-day trial and you pay nothing.
• Cards are printed for you, so there is no right of withdrawal either (same article).
• A damaged or faulty card is replaced or refunded.

6. Duration and cancellation

The subscription runs until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the package page; the paid period stays open until it ends.

7. Complaints

Write to the seller first. As a consumer you can also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court, within the limits announced every year by the Ministry of Trade.
