This is an English translation for your convenience. If it differs from the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.
Minodo is an NFC card, digital business card and company team management service. The service is provided by Yunus SENEM. By opening an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Account
- You must be over 18 to open an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details correct and your password safe.
- Your account belongs to you personally; you can't transfer it to anyone else.
2. Content on your profile
- You are responsible for everything you add to your profile.
- You can't open a profile in someone else's name, or publish content that is misleading, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
- We may remove content that breaks these rules and, if needed, suspend the account.
3. Company accounts
- Whoever sets up a company confirms they are authorized to act for that company. Company admins manage the team, cards and brand details.
- The company logo, color and company details belong to the company; employees can edit only the fields the company allows.
- When an employee leaves the company, the company profile and company cards stay with the company; the employee's contact details, social media accounts and photo are removed from that profile.
4. Cards
- A card is only a key to your profile; your details are on the server, not on the card.
- If you lose your card, you can turn it off right away in the app.
5. Fees
The terms for personal use and paid company plans are shared separately at the time of purchase.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the service running without interruption, but maintenance and unexpected outages can happen. We may change features to improve the service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time with Delete account at the very bottom of the app's home screen. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
8. Personal data
How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Antalya courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
