Is the Free package really forever?

Yes. Your card, your profile and your company area stay free. Free doesn't shrink over time.

How do companies pay?

A company takes a 5, 10, 25 or 50 seat package and the whole team is on it. The price is the seats times the package's price per person.

Monthly or yearly?

Either. Paying yearly costs less per month. You buy the package in the app; payment goes through the App Store or Google Play.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. The package stays open until the paid period ends, then you're on Free. Nothing closes.

Is the card included?

No. You link a Minodo card or any NFC card you already have in the app; linking cards comes with the Basic and Pro packages. Without a card you can still share your profile by QR and link.
